Yes — we deliver design-only, design-and-build, or pure fit-out against a third-party design package. Most clients choose design-and-build for a single point of accountability.

How long does an interior fit-out take?

A typical 200–400 m² fit-out runs 8–12 weeks from approved design to handover, depending on MEP scope, authority approvals and long-lead items.

Are you licensed to work in Dubai and the wider UAE?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we hold the required trade licenses and work with approved sub-consultants for MEP and civil defence sign-off across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the northern emirates.

Can you decorate an existing space without a full fit-out?

Accepted Answer

Yes — decoration-only engagements are common. Feature walls, joinery, lighting refresh, signage and styling can transform a space without touching MEP.

Do you provide 3D visuals before we commit?

Yes. Concept 3D visuals are part of our proposal so you approve the direction before technical design begins.

Do you procure furniture and FF&E?

Yes, either on a cost-plus procurement fee or turnkey inclusive of design and build.
